We are a young couple, professionals in our late 20s. Our kitchen is being remodeled, so we need somewhere to stay from Sept. 1st – Oct. 31st. We both work late, rarely spend time at home, and leave a very small footprint. We certainly won’t be “partying” at whichever residence we select. An ideal scenario would be a nice 1BR in the $3200-3800 / month range that is near our apartment on Gramercy Park.
